Returns Policy

For Non-Faulty Goods

If you have had a change of heart you must return the item within 7 days of delivery. Items should be in an unused and re-saleable condition and in original packaging. Each returned product must include all parts, accessories, instructions and packaging, etc. Please note that if security seals are broken then the product is not in its original condition. Return postage costs must be met by the customer. We recommend that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature on receipt, as this insures the package in case it goes missing. The product will remain your responsibility until it has been signed for at the returns address. We do not accept responsibility for products lost or damaged in the post.

For Faulty Goods

If the product you have ordered is faulty you have 7 days in which to return it. Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery of the problem and your intention to return the item. We reserve the right to ask customers to provide photographic evidence of broken or damaged goods at our discretion. Again we recommend that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature on receipt. Please also obtain proof of postage costs in order that we can fully refund your return postage costs along with the cost of your original purchase.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 5 working days of the returned item being received.
